At checkout, you will be given the option to offset the shipping of your purchase through an application called Cloverly.
SHIPPING MATERIALS
We ship using materials from Eco-Enclose. EcoEnclose believes in a future where humans and the earth are thriving together, where humans are a net positive, “regenerative” force for our planet and humanity. Their products are made from 100% recycled materials and most are certified zero waste.
We ship everything 100% single-use plastic free in an upcycled or 100% post-consumer box with paper tape. All of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable and compostable.
SHIPPING TIMES
We package orders as quickly as we receive them. Most orders should arrive within 3-10 business days, depending on what shipping options you choose at checkout.
RETURN POLICY
Arcadia does not accept returns or issue refunds, however if there is an issue with your order, please email orders@arcadia.earth and we will do our best to assist you with any defects or damaged goods.
